I live in Los Guájares, Granada (in the south of Spain). In my little town there is a really typical dish called "migas". This meal is cooked with flour, water, a bit of garlic and meat, and salt.
The migas could be served with other typical dishes like "remojón" (with oranges, onion, oil, a bit of salt and olives.) or other dish that my mother prepeared with cucumber, water snd lemon (she called them "agua de pepino") My little brother loves it!!!
It can also be served with fruit like grapes, pomegranate..., roasted of fried pepers and fish.
This meal is usually done when it rains (home) or in my town in some parties!
